WHAT FACE YOGA IS?
Our face has over 40 muscles. They need workout to stay fit, just like our body muscles do.
Face Yoga is a natural practice that consists of facial exercises, auto-massages, acupressure and relaxation techniques that tone your facial muscles, improve blood and
lymph circulation, smooth out the wrinkles. Practicing facial exercises with proper care and technique will help to sculpt, firm and lift your face.
Regular face yoga practice:
- Tones your facial muscles
- Improves blood circulation in your face. Better blood circulation brings more oxygen to most deep and delicate parts of your face and stimulates collagen production.
- Eliminates facial puffiness. By regular practice your lymph drainage is improved and as a result toxins are removed from your face more efficiently.

Face seemed to be the only part out of my control.. So I decided to take my face into my own hands. Facial yoga has become my passion and a daily routine.
